We are seeking a proactive and physically capable Field Officer to join CPPL's project execution team. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections, monitoring daily construction activities, reporting progress to project managers, and ensuring that on-site operations align with approved plans and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a background in construction or civil engineering, strong observational skills, and the ability to work effectively in outdoor environments across various project locations in Ghana. You will serve as the eyes and ears of our projects, ensuring quality and compliance from the ground up.
